No work will commence without a signed agreement and the appropriate initial payment as specified in the project proposal.
Upon full payment of all agreed fees, the client will own the final deliverables produced specifically for their project. Mobiweb retains ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, libraries, or methodologies developed independently and used in the delivery of services.
Mobiweb reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobiweb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.
Mobiweb warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific business outcomes will be achieved.
Any third-party software, platforms, or tools used in delivering our services are subject to their own respective terms and warranties.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in that agreement. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date. Mobiweb retains ownership of all work produced until full payment is received.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.
